I live in delhi and have been using MTNL since past 4 years. I get a very good speed and the broadband connection is reliable in terms of speed and stability. No drops in speed till date. Till date I have no such issues with connection and it gives me good speed with ultimate broadband wifi access. The MTNL plans are reasonable. I am currently having a plan of month rental 1200 unlimited plan. I pay the bills online which is hassle free and it is unbelievably easy and fast.
In near future I am planning on upgrading my plan as I am happy with the service as well as customer care also which gives quick response to the query.
