I had mtnl connection, which I have been termineted now because of their poor service. In one month my broadband used to out of service for almos 10 days, and it was like every month, that is not acceptable, they send bill every month and after due date they charge fine, but give you nothing but suffering. If you go to the sanchar haat that is near iit gate, they will ask your problem and refer you some room no. 15 or 206 and when you reach that room you will be directed some other room where no senior officer is present, I dont understand where they roam in working hours.
When you call their customer care service they will register a complaint and than you have to do nothing but to wait.
I think it is high tume that our PM should privatised these firms so that they can understand what real job should be.
