Yes I did write that intentionally. If providing worst service is a game then MTNL is way above than their competitors, they are the alpha of this game.
First and foremost the internet speed, Speed is good but there is a thing called consistency in connectivity. Internet speed is useful if you can use is consistent. Consistent 2mbps is better than inconsistent 10mbps. Connection gets lost every now and then, sometimes for days and there is noone listening to you. You make a complaint on the 1st day of a month and do not expect them to revert anytime soon. After 20th day they start reacting to the problem. 20 days is more than 60% time period of my billing cycle.
Their plans are cheap and but they are cheap in quality too.
We are lacking in the service department, Private brands are providing better services but I dont see these government departments understanding the meaning of customer service
