I have had MTNL connection in my house for years.
Never have I ever got good service. Though, the rental is relatively less, but the speed of internet is very slow.
It promises a speed of 8 mbps but I hardly receive a speed of 2 mbps.
The service quality is also poor. Most of the time the internet doesn't even work and on complaining about it the issue is hardly ever resolved with 3 days.
The service provided is really bad. The timing to complain is also restricted and no service is provided on Sunday.
Also, removing it is a hassle. A letter has to be filed to get it removed. No security is refunded.
Connection is not at all reliable. It has no surety of working and might not work when in need.
