I bought a data card of 3G jadoo services of MTNL. They are advertising a high speed of a maximum of 7.00 MBPS. On using this I find that the speed is a low of 15 KBPS. Which even slower than the normal internet connections. They seem to be luring their customers by advertising high speed but are unable to provide it. I complained to customer care number provided on data card of Ilemon company. They informed me that MTNL attends to such complaints with in 4 hours. However, in spite of wasting one full day they have not provided any feedback. It is a waste of money and time to subscribe to 3 G service of MTNL.
