If you want your car to be serviced, please look some where. Their only objective is to milk the money from you and nothing els. They don't listen to the issues and won't look into actual service to be done.
They will work on their own way with their own time and with ultimate aim to come up with one big, fat bill.
I'm writing this after 3 consecutive bad, ugly & worst experience from MPL ford pallikaranai .
