The film is about a remote village called Pitampura in Madhya Pradesh where a young entrepreneur wants to start a milk factory. The MLA of that region is against this growth of the village as he fears that next on the entrepreneurs plan would be winning the elections.
Now, this MLA plans to get the entrepreneur out of his way by hook or by crook.There is nothing that a viewer can probably take out from the film. ‘MLA’ is definitely not worth your penny spent.
