This is my honest review upon Lybrate.com .It all started with a pain in my lower abdomen.The pain was intense and it was sunday evening so no doctors were available in my area.So likely I tried to searched online to find any solution that would atleast suppress my pain so that next day I could visit a doctor.
While searching I came across Lybrate.com.There were fabulous feedback reviews in that website about the doctors in there and which grabbed my attention.As my pain was increasing I chose to chat with Dr.Anirudh, General Physicial.His rating was 92% .Before starting chat I had to pay Rs500.After 10 minutes of payment the doctor came online.He texted hi.I texted him "Good evening doctor, my name is rajiv, age 26 male, since evening I am having intense pain in my abdomen."He replied, "LoL, pass the gas.". I was like what.then I said, "dear doctor the pain is increasing, please give me some home remedy.",he replied, "Mr.Rajiv, the doctor is asleep and I am his assistant.Thank you but sorry I can't help you now"and exited the chat.
After that I didn't had the courage to get any online solution and thanks to God I somehow managed to pass the night.Next day after seeing my area doctor I was fine.I then decided to tell the custome support of Lybrate.com about what had happened with me and would ask my refund.There was only an email and so I wrote to them about the matter in detail.Believe me, till today the reply haven't come.I regret that I should have taken screenshot of the chat, then I would have filed a complaint.Really it was a very bad and my worst experience with Lybrate.com.
