Hi All,
I am writing this email after a several unsuccessful attempts to get serviced the water purifier that I bought in Aug 2014.I have contacted your customer service and found the procrastinate behavior.
Here is the thing: · Received message for service(JS14100300235) on 03/10/14, Amarjeet Singh. Mr. Singh called me on 04/10(I was not at my place) I requested him to visit next day he agreed. Than till Nov 2014 made number of calls Mr. Singh always promised me the other day visit but that didn`t come.
Called customer service on 04/11, CS person advise me that my first request was closed by Mr. Singh that I was out of town….call dropped. Called customer service again on 08/11, (JS14110800884) Mithun Kumar….on 10/11 received message that request is closed. Contacted the number mentioned on the message for Mr. Kumar, but the same promised other day visit but that didn`t come…. This Offspring made a complete obliteration my trust on your company….bcoz me, my wife and my 18 months old son is drinking an Arsenic poisoning water.
As per your MD RS Rajan, “Arsenic poisoning is an endemic problem in India and Bangladesh and is seen as a silent killer”.
