I would like to bring into kind notice of you all that due to my bad luck and misfortune I am a LUMINOUS customer. By mistake I bought a luminous UPS (Serial Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx LUMINOUS ultra).
It’s a worst product by a so called big company. I hate this. I swear I will never buy another product of this company. This is one of my biggest mistakes to purchase a Luminous UPS. This is not inverter compatible .
I have made complaint and get 2 new UPS one by one but with the similar problem. The technical team told me that it’s a problem with the Luminous UPS. When I asked for refund they talk rudely and said ask to R& D team not me why it is causing problem.
So please never buy Luminous UPS.
