Fabulous service with great professionalism. Have been flying with them for a long time, they were arrogant to start with. Now after a lot of feedback, the German crew has been excellent towards the Indians. Needless to say that the Indian crew in the flights are still ticketed to show their attitude at times (since they work with Lufthansa!) but their German counterparts have really really improved. Much of this credit goes to the Indian Management of Lufthansa -who have been grooming the in-flight folks to be friendly to the Indians.
I would suggest that please travel with this airline, their product is by far the best I have experienced in my last several years of flying experience.
