Hi Friends! Today I will talk about the Lucknow Wale Kababi Lalbagh Lucknow.It is a no veg Mughlai Restaurant in Lucknow.It is Located in Tulsi Theatre Lalbagh complex beside Yes Bank Lucknow .Its timings are 11 AM to 11 Pm.Now I will tel you guys about in details.Lets see below-
Food And Presentation-As I always say that good food increases you hunger so talking about food here so it is just ok do not aspect delicious food as they serve you food full of too much salt and sometimes you will have to experience the eating of half cooked meat here.They used very low quality edible oil in their dishes .Now talking about the presentation of food so very disappointing as there is no decoration and style in presentation of food.The onions of salad are cut unshaped .No proper garnish of kababs. Moreover their bone china plates are not cleaned well as you can easily smell the stink of food and oil in them and when you touch those plates they seems sticky.
Ambience-The ambience of this restaurant in just average but not pleasing as their entrance look like a shop they have two shutter fitted on their entrance. For entering the shop you have two climb on two stairs when you reach their entrance they put their counter their made of steel and there are several Handis are placed on that counter .Now talking about their sitting area so it is long narrow corridor like area where you will see wooden chairs and tables at one side another side you will see couch and wooden table.Yes it is air conditioned but cooling is not satisfactory.Inner walls of restaurant are covered with plastic sheets on on side walls you will see the flex images of food whereas another side the images of Rajasthani Folk dancers.There are portable fans are fitted on the walls.The ambience is not so classy and wooing.
Customer Service -It is a big minus point in them as they are very unprofessional .Neither their waiters wear the formal uniform nor they serve you well, All of their workers wear Jeans and T-shirts .Most of the time they stand out on the entrance looking the outside and do not pay attention on their customers therefore can not understand when and what their customers want.You have to wait approximately 45 Min to get a single dish of your order so the food delivery service is very poor.My experience with customer service is very pathetic.
Value For Money-A big no to this feature as I and my friend ordered Shahi Paneer for 440 INR and Chicken Tikka Masala Boneless for 460 INR .The taste of shahi panner was ok as there very less amount of dry fruits were added in the vegetable and the quantity of Paneer is also less Coming to their Non Veg Item so there was too much salt and oil was added in that which dissolve the taste of that dish moreover after paying 460INR we got only 4 small pieces of Kebab isn't it a joke that after charging 460INR they just server 4 small pieces of Kebabs.The quantity of Shahi Paneer was also very less whereas we can get more quantity of Shahi Paneer on less price in other restaurant.So they do not value for your money at all.In fact they serve you small amount of dish on high price.
My opinion is that you can get much better place and food in same rate in rest restaurants of Lucknow.I will give it 1 out of 5 star.
