If you are foundof ‘Action’ movie and love to hear somepowerful dialogues then ‘LUCK’ will bethe perfect choice.Nice Locations,some nice background scores and excellentwork of Cinematogarphy.
PLOT : Storyrevolves around Sanjay Dutt who is potraying character of ‘Mossa Bhai’ and hecan do anything for money. At one stage Mossa Bhai and his right hand Tamang (DannyDenzongpa) made a plan to hire fewpeople to take them to South Africa andplay the game of "Life or Death".Now the rest part of the movieproceed according to the steps designed by Mossa Bhai to finish the game.
Well the movie has some fresh or we can say new concept,excellent dialogue but only thing is director didn’t explore the concept properly.
Performance:
Sanjay Dutt : Helooks like a real mafia and his get up and posture is excellent.
Imran Khan : This ishis third movie and with every movie his perfomance is getting better but I was expecting ‘BEST’ from him.In some of the scenes he was little bit down due tohis chocolaty look.Overall his performance was good.
Shruti Hassan : New Comer but she was sizzling . Short andsweet role.Despite the fact that this was her first movie she did goodwork.Only thing is she needs to take care of her dialogue delivery skills.Overall she is good.
All supporting characters MithunChakraborty,Chitrashi , Danny Denzengopa and Ravi Kishan have donefairly good work.
Dialogue:Dialogue is the one of the backbone of this movie.Excellent dialogue with some kind of freshness.Each characterhas its own set of dialogues withperfect delivery.
Ex: Superb dialog by sanjay dutt "ek goli paach khalijisko padi khopdi khali"
Cinematography:Cinematography is the main thing of this movie.Nice locations and all thestunts are nicely captured and the flow is superb.
Background Score and music is so far so good.
Action : Full of action and stunt scenes.After ‘Dhoom2 ‘,in this movie I haveseen some mind blowing stunt.Despite the fact that some actions looks like fakebut their presentaion and flow areenough to give you a reason to watch them. Jumping from helicopter or runningon train are some good actions.
First half is little bit faster than Second half.I feel likethat ‘Climax’ could have been much better.Despite having new concept ,BigStarcast and strong dialogue delivery still movie is loosing charm in secondhalf.Proper balance among the starcast seems to be missing at some point.
Overall I will give 2.5/5 to this movie for theconcept,locations,execellent dialogues and mind blowing stunt. Watch it foronce.
