Good Luck, Without Chance..... Review on Luck By Chance

Javad sir, Shabana Azmi, Farhan Akhtar and now Zoya Akhtar....Akhtar family. One family which Indian Cinema should be and is very proud of.

A directorial debut from Zoya Akhtar, though not as good as “Dil Chahta hai” ( As of her brother’s ), but still has glimpse of a great director in making.Her Direction has actually made a weak plot look far better than what it actually deserves.

The story of “Luck By Chance” is about Indian film industry, sort of insider story. But please do not take it as another reality movie, its far away from reality ( atleast that's what I think). It's a story of Vikram Jaiswal, who is a son of a well to do family and has come to Mumbai to try his luck in Indian Glory, “The Bollywood”.

Here by chance he gets a lead role in a real big budget movie, against a daughter of a well known actress. Doing the movie he gets into controversies and hence spoils his love life. Now when he meets the great SRK, who knocks some brain in this chaps head, he goes back to his old GF “sona Mishra”, to say sorry. But maybe its too late now.

Frankly, to me the plot was’t too exiting. But what makes u stick to the seats is some amazing performances by Farhan Akhtar, Hrithik Roshan, Konkana Sen Sharma and Dimpal Kapadia.

One more highlight of the movie is its music by Shankar Ehsan Loy. Good music, peppy numbers. One more noticeable thing in the movie is that Javad sir gave “Amit Paul”, the winner of last Indian Idol his playback debut. But does that affect ur decision of watch the movie or not? Maybe, if u r a big Indian Idol fan. Personally, not to me.

I don't know, but I don't have too much to talk about the movie, which usually is not the case with me. I would again say that it's a good directorial debut. You wont waster ur money if u watch this movie.

U should go for this movie if,
