The series is about LUCIFER (SATAN) , the ruler of hell who is now bored and tired with his day to day boring life is now running a night club in Las Angeles.
He has takes a human form and by nature he is being portrayed to be a helpful, chilled out , extrovert character who loves drinking and smoking cigarettes. After watching the first episode which was leaked on-line it shows that Lucifer helps the LAPD to solve a muder case, the murder involving a friend of Lucifer. His powers shown is immortality, taking out deep secrets out of any human by looking into their eye and yes he has a nag to crack sarcastic jokes at odd awkward times
The music of the series is good with the title track being really catchy "Aint no rest for the wicked".The main role of LUCIFER is being played by "Tom Ellis" who happens be an accessional English actor.
