Good business model. Review on Lovely Professional University

Hello friends

Today I am going to review an educational institution situated in Jalandhar Punjab. Starting from the employee point of view this university is like a shop where students pay for not so good education and the owner has only one thing to do to see if any of the employee is seating idle if yes then he will find some work for him/her whether relevant or not. You have to do it. Faculty of this university are kept unnecessarily engaged in all sorts of work which are simply a waste of time. They are kept under immense pressure so that they don;t have time for their family and other personal stuffs its like they own you and you are their labor who is supposed to do exactly as the boss commands. Its very depressing. Moreover when it comes to salary hike they will be like give us your progress report of the year how many publication you have under your belt even then the HOD will be always shouting on you for some absurd reason. I think they are taking teachers for granted and should respect them a little. Now a days they have even reduced the salary for freshers so its going more and more tough to survive in such environment. This is what I felt like while talking to a friend who is working their. Hence not recommend to join as a faculty in this university.
