Transforming Education Transforming India is the Motto of Lovely Professional university. What is it really true? Is Lovely Professional university, Transforming Education and the answer is No.I was student of Lovely Professional university and I think that only the nane of this University is big. In the 2016 Web Ranking of TOP UNIVERSITIES IN INDIA, the Lovely Professional university is on 48th Position.
That means Lovely Professional university is not one of the Best University in India. The whole thing about Lovely Professional university is that only they have very big Campusof 600 acres but the Infrastructure is very worst. The condition of Laboratories is very very bad. The Professors and Teachers are not Experienced. Some of the Professors are Below Thirty years, that means they have no Experience. I was student of Biotechnology at Lovely Professional university but after my 2nd semester I leave this Institution because I found that the Teaching standard is not up to date. Teachers are very Young and they have zero experience and even some of the Professors have no knowledge. But all Professors are not same some are well experienced and good. This University is nice for Engineering Studied only because Engineering faculty is really good.
Hostel’s Condition:- Last year when I was at Hostel, that time I saw that the walls are cracked, and walls are paint less. The Beds in the room are not in good condition. Almirah’s condition is same as the condition of walls and beds. There is Cameras in whole of the Campus and also in Hostels. But, some of the Cameras are not working. There is Wi – Fi service in the Hostel but the network is not good. Mess Food/ Hostel’s Food was also bad, there is no taste in food but the food was healthy. The behavior of Warden is also not good.
Best Things of Lovely Professional university:- There are so many Playgrounds inside the Campus and I love to Play footwall and LPU is best for those who love to Play. There is Cricket playground, Footwall playground and others. At LPU I found so many Parks. There is a Big Auditorium. Inside Campus you can find so many food stalls, book stalls. There is One Mall inside the campus. There are so Extracurricular Programs and activity you can learn Music, Dance etc here.
Overall this University is good for Fun loving people what not good for those who are serious about their studies. I never recommend Lovely Professional university for those who have very high dreams and they want to something different.
