As I have written that this is one of the institution having a big campus in Punjab. But as there are many courses offered in the institution, so the main focus of the college on the core branches of Engineering has been abolished and due to this the students coming here from different parts of the country are not given proper attention.
Actually my brother has completed engineering from this institute but still he is not placed in any company. This is only because the faculty are not taking care of the students in training and placement.
I like the lush green big campus equipped with facilities in the hostels. I disliked the teaching standards of the institute, the relation between the faculty and the students should be enhanced.
In my point of view any student who wish to take any courses apart from the engineering can get admitted to this institute. I would like to tell the engineering aspirants who dreamed of a bright career should not opt this college for doing engineering.
This is not suitable for doing engineering in comparison to other engineering colleges situated in the state as this college do not focus on the training and placement department.
