Movie Review: Love U. Mr. Kalakaar!

Lead Cast and Crew: Tusshar Kapoor, Amrita Rao, Ram Kapoor, Madhoo, Prem Chopra, Jai Kalra, Kiran Kumar, Snigdha Akolkar, Prashant Ranyal, Yateen Karyekar and Kunal Kumar.
MOVIE REVIEW: The Movie "Love U. Mr. Kalakaar!" is a very nice and an excellent romantic movie. Director S. Manasvi with Rajshri Productions has made this movie very nice and it is a masterpiece. All the Lead Actors have performed very well in the movie. Rajshri Productions, like its earlier movies like VIVAH and HUM AAPKE HAIN KAUN* and many others, has always made movies which can be watchable with the whole family and it can be enjoyed with each family member. Rajshri movies are always the best one. This movie “Love U… Mr. Kalakaar!”* is completely different from earlier Rajshri movies. This is the first movie of Director S. Manasvi and he has tried to keep the movie to the point.
This movie revolves around a person named as Tusshar Kapoor as Sahil who is a cartoonist and has a dream that a ‘cartoon strip’ by his name should published on a newspaper everyday. He meets with Amrita Rao as Ritu in a company. Ritu is a management trainee in her fathers company, Diwan Enterprises. Sahil is here to design a mascot for her father’s company. Ritu started getting attached with Sahil. She started falling in Love with this Kalakaar or an artist. Sahil also started liking her company. Earlier Sahil was not aware about that Ritu is a daughter of his father as Ram Kapoor who is the head of Diwan Enterprises. They both went for tracking and their Sahil proposed her. But later on Sahil get notice about the lie of Ritu that she is a daughter of head of Diwan Enterprises.
Ritu’s father has a belief that all the artists or Kalakaar are useless. This is because: Ritu’s father has another daughter as Madhoo younger than Ritu. Madhoo’s husband was also a Ghazal singer but he left Madhoo forever. Sahil meets with her father and her father starts testing their relationships by making MD(Managing Director) of Diwan Enterprises for 3 months. Also, Ritu’s father send Ritu to her Nanaji’s as Prem Chopra’s house *for one month. At Nanaji’s house Ritu meets with her past friend as Prashant Ranyal. Prashant Ranyal also getting linked with the Ritu. But Ritu still remembers Sahil. After one month, Ritu returned to office to support Sahil to fulfill his target. Ritu keeps on helping him at every stage and in every critical situation. After 3 months Sahil did achieve his target and win his love. And on the very last day Sahil dream also get fulfilled when a ‘cartoon strip’ by Sahil’s name published in the newspaper. Thus, this movie shows and gives a lesson that “Every successful businessman has to be firstly the successful human being”. And also that all the artists are not useless.
Thus, this is the complete charm of the movie and we can notice that this is the very simple movie with simple story. If we compare this movie with earlier Rajshri’s movies like VIVAH, than it can be seen that this movie not the big one like VIVAH nor and any other Rajshri’s movies but this movie is good in its simplicity. I have read the reviews of other film critics and each and every film critic has written almost the same review and had discouraged this movie. They have said that the film is simple, nothing new and not good as previous Rajshri’s movies. All the critics don’t like this movie at all and they have given 2 or 3 ratings.
You know only when Rajshri’s movies will come then only all the film critics talks about Indian culture, beliefs and they will also say that Rajshri’s movies are the movies which can be watchable with the whole family. But what happened to other movies. Other previous and new movies are also having been inspired from Indian Culture and which can be watchable with whole family. This is the perfect example of how critics are being paid to give negative or to create pollution against the movies like this. There are many good movies are being made but all because of these bloody film critics the movies with excellent story, music, etc get flopped.
We all know that in the present times, what kinds of movies are being made with fewer stories and more masala. If you compare this movie with the movies like TEES MAAR KHAN* and others than this movie is far better than the movies which are producing in the present time. Even a small is better than big. If you watch this movie calmly or patiently than you will feel that this movie is quite good. The music and all the songs of the movies are the best one. Now again, if the songs of this movie are compared with the songs like Munni, Sheila, etc. than we can easily identify that which are the good tracks which are good for your ears and which gives positive feelings. The best songs among the whole album of “Love U… Mr. Kalakaar!” are: “Sarphira Sa Hai Dil”* and “Bhoore Bhoore Badal”*. These two songs are very nice romantic songs which have good music, good song and well sung by the singers. Excellent songs!
In present times, we really miss these kinds of short, simple and sweet movies and songs with not much masala. In terms of acting is concerned, all lead casts and crew has done a phenomenal work and has made the movie quite good. In between, Tusshar and Amrita both have equally given same performance. Whole movie is like a canvas which has been covered with various drawings, cartoons, etc. Picturisation of the movie is very fresh.
In all, the movie: “Love U… Mr. Kalakaar!” is very nice, sweet, fresh, feel-good and also a very nice romantic movie and we really Loved you*!
