I am very very unhappy with my experience with Louis Philippe lately. I have been purchasing goods for years and its unfortunate to close this relation in such a bad note.
I had purchased a Louis Phillipe shirt worth Rs 1700 somewhere around Diwali this year. I washed it once without use of any strong detergent and the fabric lost colours in big white patches. I reported this to the desk and they were not ready to give me a replacement. Just by looking at the shirt anyone would be convinced that this is a fabric problem.
I thought I would get a written appology for this but to my shock instead they held it back for 15-20 days (I visited them several times in between) and then they told me that they have tested it and there is no problem with it.
I have been shocked by this treatment and I have never entered the store again. Not even to collect my shirt. It hurts a common man like me to pay Rs 1700 make rounds to your store and then get this kind of response.
THEY DONT CARE...!!!
