This nail-biting series is just addictive and unstoppable. It comes to an abrupt end and I have to wait a couple of months to get the rest.
The story is about survivors of an air crash, who land up on a island. Help never comes or the island is never found by outside world. The survivors realising they are on the island for good - try their best to settle down. Meanwhile mysterious happenings on the island keep the survivors and audience on a nail biting sequence of suspense and adventure. There is no main role in the series. Each survivor is taken and cast with a story in one of the series and given a main role. For some unexplained reason, for me, the character called Jack who is a doctor, stands etched as the hero of the series. Every character has a strong background story and the happenings on the Island affects each of their experiences personally.
The choreography, sequence of events, fast pace, suspense are no less than a Hollywood blockbuster. The fact that this is a series is not a movie and has much more to offer you in terms of being a series, makes it special. The story many have tend to become a bit boring since its never ending. When you expect something has been revealed and its the end, you find it is only the beginning to something most unexpected.
For me this is one of the series I can keep yearning for! The series is mostly telecasting on Star Movies in India. For those whom it is greek, catch some action on new screening season coming soon.
