I am an old and sincere customer of BPL mobile since more than 2 years and very regular in paying my bills, but the company always cheats me in my billing amount and keeps charging me for the services which I never availed and on my inquiry they would very sweetly tell me that if u don’t need this service u should request us to cancel it, but u will have to pay for now.
Also they have agents for the bill recovery who r so rude in talking that once he (one Mr. Sachin) threatened my secretary that they can use any mode to recover the dues although I did not had any balance amount to pay.
There are many other incidences where I have had bad exp. with BPL. I tried to contact Mr. Shastry (Head of Accounts dep.) I could not meet him. After all the arguments and request lady at the desk could only allow me to meet Ms. Roslyn and she then guided me to one Ms. Christine. It’s been more than a month I had been still waiting for my bills to be settled because they r only interested in money, and that money which I never used for.
