Loop mobile network that got worse. Review on Loop Mobile Operator

I have used loop mobile for past five years since it was known as BPL mobile. I was a prepaid user. In the initial stage I was very happy for being a loop mobile user.

The company claims to be the best network in mumbai, yes it does give full range in Mumbai. But this is the only thing it gives. If we see the other mobile operators they have gone up to 3g and far more ahead in the race.

The following are the reasons I stopped using this network,

Reduction of balance without any usage.

Poor internet serive.

No 3G service.

Poor gallary persons, they treat their customers as if we have made a mistake of being their customers.

Irresponsible staff, within the last 2 years I had submitted my documents 3 times and when they asked for my documents the forth time the only thing I did was I switch to vodafone. Its not that vodafone is something great but it is way better than loop mobile.

When I used to travel out of Mumbai, it behaves vulgar. The network keeps switch from one netwrok to the other. The cost of calls and messages reach the sky. One single message costs Rs. 4.

There is no internet pack for roaming.

Each time the internet goes off, we need to go to the gallary as per the technician's convinience for internet settings.

Using loop mobile is inviting inconvinience.

Conclusion

People use loop mobile assuming it is low cost and efficient for usage in Mumbai, but this is not true. People who are still using it I must tell you that you all must give a try to a better network provider.
