I mean lets get straight to the point . when I had a post paid card there were billing problems , service problems and then ther is always an issue with them on something or the other. Some places the network is good and some places its bad but thats the problem with competition also but the competition never has a billing problem with any of its customers. I mean get real the Mobile assist 800 takes ages to come online and thus eventually when they do come they never offer good help .
On top of that due to billing problems I switched over to prepaid as they let me keep the same no. , but the end result was the network is bad always . You call and you never get though all you get is network busy or sometimes there is no network .
Also they charge so highly on mots roaming . Over all bpl mobile only waits for competition to reduce its tariff and nowadays I feel even in the prepaid there is something wrong with the card credits. Bpl is overall a no good service .
Their improvement looks far from way for me . I hope bpl understands that if they wanna stay in the market and compete with the competition they have to improve the service and quality also not just the prices.
