I am subscriber of BPL for last 3 years. I have been getting faulty bills for the last 3 months. I was charged for the tariff plan but the credit for the same was not given in the billing. The instructions given to mobile assist executives are not carried out, if checked about them, they turn back and say that the instructions were not carried out because you did not give them in writing. If they are clear about this then it should be mentioned on the phone. Every time we visit their gallery we have to wait for atleast 20 minutes to be heard. The billing complaints are increasing every day and ppl are switching over to other subscribers because of this.
I would not recommend BPL to anyone.
