I am a loop mobile customer from Mumbai and I want to port to another operator. But the service provider is not accessible online for payment of outstanding dues as their web site is showing server error from 7th evening. They have closed down the customer contact point in Vashi and elsewhere. Now I am in a bind as to what to do.
There is no one to answer the telephone in their head office and customer care nos. How come a republic like India allowed such operators to loot customers and be so irresponsible?
Request TRAi to impose hefty fine on this operator so that others are deterred from doing such a thing.
