BPL Mobile -Can it be better?. Review on Loop Mobile Operator

I have been using BPL Mobile post paid services since more then a year.

I opted for BPL Mobile just because all other colleagues of mine were using the same service and surely there were certain advantages of being in the same network due to official purposes.

Initially the major concern with this service provider was with the bad highway coverage,as compared to AT&T (Now Idea Cellular)in Maharashtra circle,but recently I have seen Ads posted by BPL Mobile saying that the highway coverage has been improved,but never got an opportunity to try and check it out.

Nowadays I find the network very busy normally in the evenings and I cannot call another BPL mobile from my cell,while I can easily get connected through landline.

As far as the billing is concerned I haven't faced any major problems as such.

I like to stick on to BPL just because I do not want to change my mobile number.

I feel BPL Mobile is doing fairly well in this circle , and

it can be better by providing value added services to its customers in the form of better Network and Customer Care services.
