We visited GOA in April'08 and decided to stay in Longuinhos. After so many searches on the net and going through travel operators we zeroed in on this beach resort. Called up their executive and booked 3 nights 4 days package. Booking was not so simple, I transferred the money through my online account to their online bank acct. and after transferring the money I mailed these guys for confirmation.
These guys were very slow in responding to my mail. They were telling me we cannot confirm the receipt of your money since we have not received hardcopy of our bank account statement.I was shocked...then I had to tell them there is facility called as "Online Balance Check"...Finally I got the confirmation...
Okay, we checked in the room and got another surprise.... the room given to us was not cleaned. ...
After 10-15 minutes we came to know that phone is not working....
They changed the instrument afterwards.... I didnt find A/C knob so I asked roomboy about it ...he told me if you want to change the settings then call the reception.
When we went for dinner, let me tell you the food was pathetic. Same condition with the breakfast.
Service staff including the reception counter staff was very rude.
We paid Rs. 7000/- for the package. We came to know from other couple that they got the same package from
another tour operator in Rs. 6300/-
The only positive thing about this resort is their location. This resort is right on colva beach.
First time honeymooners...I will not recommend this resort to you....!
(Thank god it was not our first HM)
