I ordered Dabur Chavanprash from Local Banya along with other things. when the things arrived I did not check properly. Later I realized that the free gift with chavanprash i.e dabur red toothpaste is missing. I mailed to the website about it and as I did not have time to call. I just let it go, but this is important to check the things as they arrive.
Besides the office did not respond to my mail.
This is not a very great service. They have to be more careful about how their staff conducts. Also if the delivery people are stealing the things, it should be prevented.
Besides, many time they do not have the material that are ordered, which is not informed at the time of ordering. I come to know only when I receive te goods, and then I have to buy more from them as my money is converted to the anya points.
