Mumbai's local train means best public transport rather than bus or auto. As train Came to the platform, everyone's mins would be 'how do catch this train. Dont wanna to miss this train and all.. Everyone is running to catch the train and for a seat also. Everyday, I used to see different people. Sometimes It is just entertainment for me :) All married women are mostly talking about their 'mother in law'.
In that crowd also, some are came to sell products but it is easy to buy something without going anywhere. It is very difficult for new person to get in and out of the train. Even sometimes, I am unable to get down at station. If you are standing in middle, then definitely you will be out of train along with the crowd which is not yours. But some people prefer bus rather than train.
Then also train is the best to travel in mumbai.
