Last month I purchased this 1.5 tone ac I am not satisfied with the air conditioner .as we look towards its performance it is not good it takes alot of time to cool up the room .It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to cooldown the room .i am totally unsatisfied with this product. Totally wastage of money. I do not recommend other to waste their money. Their is no sound of ac which is good thing but performance is very bad . Its customer service is very slow not good.after spending so much money to get relief hotness it unsatisfied it is very bad
