If you are planning to buy AC and considering LLoyd then I will ask you to give a second thought. I bought 2 Split ACs for my home. after few days I realized that they have some problems in their PCB's Software, Remote dun Work Properly, and It keep on streaming water on the wall.
First Thing First : I noticed that when put the wings on rotation it automatically stops after few mins. Which irritated me a lot.
Second: Remote responds some times only.
Third: Water Leakage spoiled all my wall paint.
I complained to customer care a lot of time but they did not respond then I had to contact their service manager through their head office. Their untrained mechanics came to my place and told me to shift my bed instead of providing me the solution. even they couldn't do much about remote and the water leakage.
Both the ACs have these common problems. I had a hot argument with their service guys and manager as he told me they cant do anything about it. I sent them a advocate notice finally after trying them for months. they turned up with new ac installed it but that too had same problem. Again they stopped responding. after few months compressor got down for one of the ACs it took 3000 rs just to change the copressor in warrenty. I asked a local mechnic for solution then he made the adjustment for water leakage and given me a diffrent remote but the wings problem is still their so I had to get it installed on another wall.
It may be little cheap but QUALITY is not there.
Just give a secong thought.....
