My relative using lloyd air conditioner from last 2 year.they are really unsatisfied with its performance and service.the main problem of that ac brand, they create sound when they are working.cooling performance is not good than other brand ac.these two problem are common problem of this brand ac.
When this ac was in warranty period, they contacted with customer service and discussed about its problems.service person came and repaired the problems.
This problem is taking again and again.it gives too much problems and it does not cool the room completely. The product was also too much electricity consuming.
My relative was really disappointed with this ac.
Overall this product is not good.we will not recommend to buy this product.
