Purchased a one tone ac .After installation was not happy with the cooling capacity as the room having a very small area of 8 sq meters was not cooling at all.
The room temperature would not decrease below 25 degrees even after keeping the ac on 18 temperature o for the full day.
Company service technicians agree that the cooling will not go below that temperature and they openly agreed that Lloyds ac will not give a cooling effect like other brands. If company technicians have agreed that the ac doesn't cool in par with other brands I think consumers should not buy Lloyds ac
