Purchased 1 ton Lloyd Split AC on 21st April 2016 and on second day of installation, the indoor unit started making noise. From their technician I knew that the unit is defective.
It took 20-25 days to get replacement and I am thankful that they did. Approached everyone on customer grievance; very polite and professional. But honestly, it took too much time.
The replacement unit stopped cooling on second day. Again their technician visited and explained that it is because of gas leakage. He fixed everything and next day, same problem.
In couple of days, it will be a month time and practically no results.
Lloyd management must take this seriously. There are several issues. IT IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
