I had placed order for modular kitchen and paid my first installment( 50% ) on 20th Sept 2021 . Work I’d is 909932.
My designer was Shilaka and my project manager was Salman. For kitchen tiling they outsourced the work. They took more than one month to fix tiles in a very small area which was just a few days work. Not very happy with civil work from them.
After continuously chasing them , finally the work was completed on 23/12/21. It has to be your effort in designing as well as in civil work.

They will chase you and will talk big till you make 50% payment. After that they are not bothered. For kitchen tiling they outsourced the work. One day one person came to fix a few tiles. Next day some other person and it went on and on. They took more than one month to fix tiles in a very small area which was just 2 days work. Very very poor workmanship. Would like to attach some photographs of tile fixing if possible. Don’t ever go for civil work from them. I complained to customer care thrice, written mails also but no senior has time to speak or discuss.
Now finally the work was completed on 23/12/21. Again I am saying wood work by Livspace was timely done but small civil work took more than three months and not up to the mark.
