I agree to what you said. The service engineer from Livpure are totally retards. They dont even know the basics of installation and TDS level check up. Because of their untrained service personnel my child has been suffering from high fever as when I doubted the tds of my RO I called two different engineers, where the TDS has been found to be 250. Pathetic.
After paying them 14000 bucks, they even can't install a machine properly or hire a good service engineer or either well train them before sending.
