I live in a joint family, naturally, the water consumption in our family is much higher. Excessive usage results in untimely expiration of the water purifiers. We have used many water purifiers including the Livpure Touch Plus RO. So far, Livpure has been the best. On occasion or two, we did face minuscule issues, but I called Livpure customer service center. The engineer they sent was responsive and knew what to do. He promptly resolved the issue. The purifier cartridge was in need of replacement as it had outlived its age. The engineer changed the cartridge in a jiffy and the RO water purifier worked perfectly again. I am happy with the product.
