Just go to their website and try placing a request for a new purifier - People will chase you for making their home visit to provide a demonstration and an instant sale of the product, however, the real test starts post sales service and this is a 3rd class company in doing that. They are getting sales just because Mr. Tendulkar has endorsed this company but he's not aware what happens after sales. The horror starts!
My Issue: My Water Purifier (Livpure pep pro++) is down.
27/ 8 - Water Mart (3rd party company) technician called me and stated that the regular maintenance check is scheduled, he came home and tried replacing couple of filters but was unsuccessful as he couldn't remember the connections, he called up his seniors and struggled for about 3 hours but no go, finally the RO lamp also failed and machine started giving beep sound. He made an escape by saying I'll visit tomorrow which never came. Since then I've logged several requests to get the purifier back online but no go.
I've been following up almost every day but each time only the commitments and NO ACTIONS.
Today, Someone else from Water Mart came in but I was shocked when he asked me what has happened to the machine, he didn't even know why he is visiting and which part he needs to replace. He called up his service in charge who's again clueless.
Totally Dumb and the dumbest guys. Nobody understands what customer wants and just tries to give fake assurances after assurances.
It's been more than 2 weeks and the machine is still down!
Please think twice before buying any of the Livpure products.
