I feel this review is:
I requested for reinstallation and service of Livpure LivpureSmart purifier device and it has been over 1 months that this unit is lying in my house after getting it uninstalled by my own from my previous place and I’ve contacted customer care 20times and feedback team minimum of 10 times describing the issue again and again regarding this, and each time they promised to install it on next day which never happened. I’m not sure what to do with their device now. I would suggest not buying @livpure till they resolve their service issues. Just check out their app store reviews, you will see that a LOT of their customers like me are facing this installation problem.
