I definitely think that green tea has an amazing list of health benefits and I definitely recommend drinking a cup or two a day! High in antioxidants and flavonoids.a better substitute than caffine. Not sure if its working but they say its good for hypothyroidism.
Im not overweight but I do need to lose a few pounds. When thyroid goes out I can gain up to 10 pounds. For Energy and increasing metabolism . since I was off Presnisone, I needed something to help me lose all this added weight and give me more energy.
