I have delt with these movers and I am very very disappointed with the services I have got from them, I have moved my household goods from Bangalore to Delhi, Looking at the reviews here on mouthshut, to be very honest after looking the reviews closely now I find the positive reviews have pattern and they have been posted by lion packers and movers themselves, all the reviews are FAKE, the company had no existence till December 2016 and all of a sudden they have all positive reviews one after another, here is my story I hired them to move my goods from Bangalore to Delhi, they said that they will take care of goods and promised me a safe delivery and took the complete payment in Bangalore itself, the packing was not up to the mark as expected, the people for loading and packing were inefficient and not skilled, they promised the goods will be delivered in 6 days, I have received the goods in 12 days, and due to poor packing most of my goods are heavily damaged and the door of fridge is completely broke, the damage costing comes up-to 45000 rs almost close to what I paid them to transfer my goods, there is no insurance coverage as no insurance papers were given to me, they dont have an office in Delhi as well where I can go and fight with them about the same, I have made a big mistake choosing them, I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum and see what happens, but as per my experience I am just warning customers, to go with some reliable moving company who are not new in market check all documents of the company and do a good research before choosing or you might be the next one repenting as I am .
