We stayed in this hotel last Christmas. The overall expectations of the hotel ended the moment we were about to check in at the hotel. We booked the hotel through a Mumbai travel agent(Sam san travels). First they denied providing us a deluxe pool facing room which was mentioned in the travel voucher.
Then on my demands and threats they provided us the room but made us wait outside the hotel till 12 noon as the check in was at 12 noon although the room was vacant. The guy at the reception was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Their restaurant open only from 7 am to 10 pm and after that nothing is available there not even hot water for a kid's milk.
The food served is horrible and they ask for the money for food everyday not while checking out. It's the worst kind of hotel I ever stayed. The pool facing rooms were nice with AC, mini refrigerator, bath tub and shower. The food presentation were pathetic. On calling 3-4 times they used to deliver, that's too they delivered tea, when asked for coffee.
Worst Experience: The service is pathetic. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. They don't have any good restaurant, it's just the room service. They ask for money immediately after you order something from there. they can not even wait till the checkout.
The staff tried misleading us by not giving the kind of room we booked. The only difference how I could make out was the room provided was not pool facing while I had written on my booking voucher that I have a pool facing room.
