I am purchasing lots of stuff online. Actually I am purchasing online because there is huge discount on products and also they deliver the items to the door.
somehow I be victimized by lightinthebox.com. I am going to share my worst experience with lightinthebox.com.
Apparently the website looks really good and amazing, lots of products like fashion clothing, electronic gadgets and many more. I was ordered pack of 3 shirts at ₹1000 on this website and my hectic story is started over here.
There is no Cash on Delivery option is available so I paid amount by my debit card. They gave me a delivery date after a week but I was loosen my hopes because after three weeks also they didn't gave any massage regarding delivery and almost at the end of month from purchase, my delivery was arrived. I was eagerly opened up the parcel and I got disappointed with the shirts quality and also it is not in the size which I was ordered. I am tried a lot to contact them but no response from them. I sent them mails, I contacted them through the phone but all the time they are out of reach.
So from that incident I used to buy only from well known websites like amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
So please guys be sure about online shopping and buy from well known and reputed websites only and be aware.
