My Experience.
I recently been to this hospital with out knowing about this hospital and staff there( I am new in chennai). I had whole night warmitings and been to this hospital, first I called ambulance it takes only 15 mts to reach my home from hospital they did not turn up for 2 hrs? then requested my friend and went to hospital.Inspite of my condition they did not let doctor see me until the fee is paid and they kep saying 10 mts 10 mts doctor will come.never turned up for 1 hr then my friend shouted at them only then some duty doctor saw me and said I have to be admitted.They never gave me room inspite of its available instead was asking me if I want deluxe room where they charge Rs4000 a day. That again needed a follow up only after 5 hrs they gave me room.
After I got admitted in hospital the doctor who suppose to see me never saw me instead staff told me he had written all medicines for my problem? I was shocked how ever was left with no option. I was ok next day and wanted to come out of this hospital they said doctor has to come and see me only then they will releive. .Never doctor turned up even next day only when I was firm he came on 3 rd day for just 1 mt and said u can go in the morning 9:00 am.
Nurse immediately came and stopped the celeine although the bottle was full, I thought I am going out immediately I asked them to remove IV. They said they will prepare bill and then only they will take out my IVY? I was patient till 2.00 pm bill was not prepared and they kept saying some story or other never bothered about medicines I need to take no one person responsible to speak to. My friend again has to personally sit in their billing section to force them settle the bill? finally 3.00 pm with rigorous follow up they have taken the money and never gave discharge summary?
I cant imagine any hospital taking money and not giving discharge summary . Every day in the hospital I had bad exp they never do any thing on their own unless u follow up even for injections and medicines. Doctors are pathetic never have any mind and desire to take care of patients.
I STRONGLY ADVICE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. They are all running a business there not a service.
shock to me when I read about experience of Durai with this hospital and how he had pathetic experience with this hospital and lost his wife just because of the ignorance and money minded attitude of this hospital. It was just tears in my eyes when I read through the bad experience no one can ever even think in life. May god bless the soul and punsih this doctors one day. Never ever go to this hospital u never know what is in store after that its only patients who visit this hospital are loosers Money, Health you never know Life also.
I read through the ads on local train for every problem you visit Life Line.yes for every problem they know how to threaten people and make money.they dont have treatment but they are masters in money making.be aware, be aware.
