Well I came across mouth shut.com as I was browsing through VLCC abuse and cheating techniques, hence I decided to pen my success story in achieving the weight loss. Although I hv not completely achieved the target I set in, , but am in the process...
Firstly, Like many others I was not an obese kid or an obese adolescent girl, , but gradually started to put on weight, Thx to my engineering days and the hostel food, which made me constantly eat out. After finishing my studies found a decent job at Accenture which ofcourse paid me a fat salary and I conveniently converted it into fat on my body. As a result at a tender age of 26, I was 89 kgs and my height just 5'2. Needless to say, I looked ugly(in my opinion), lost confidence and to some extent depressed.
I joined VLCC, paid about 30000 to lose 20 kgs(this price is after a lot of bargain, earlier their price was more expensive than buying gold per se). n unfortunately I became 90 kilos. So VLCC refused to treat me n asked me to become 89. So I started my own dieting, jogging, gymming etc(so was wondering if I could do it myself, why go to VLCC) so I asked for a refund and was diassappointed only to know that they dont have a refund policy. So continued their treatment(BTW, I lost 1 kg in 2 weeks time)... VLCC treatment went on for a month, , absoultely no effect, , , lost only 500gms in 3 weeks. So gave up on losin weight..
One fine sunday morning, was browsing net for cabbage soup diet(although had given up on weight loss, was still obsessed with that magical formula to lose weight) I came across a website Lifemojo. Liked their articles, very crisp and clear and I came to know that they offered personalised weight loss. I thought this is also one of those websites which claim for selling some Chinese pill or something like VLCC which says you can lose upto 10kgs in 10 days for a price of few thousands or more but.... Voila, , I saw only Rs 990/- per month. Then I thought, Ok this must a joke or to fool people or thought they were just not competent and hence this pricing.. But thought il give them a call(wat the heck, nowadays its only 50 ps per call) A guy answered my call and gave me details about their weight loss programme and their website, , bla bla He was fairly knowledigble and I I liked the concept of being counselled on phone an their success rates, But was still not convinced. I told him, I still cant beleive him though, Hence he agreed to put my call to a Nutritionist. Spoke to the Nutritionist, Although skeptical in the begining, , I began to ask her some of my doubts- like how does it work on phone, how do I beleive that she is a Nutritionist, or how does their diet work when all others have failed etc etc...
She was very patient and her answers convinced me that I should take up their service(it is costing me 900 bucks, ive lost thousands, , so didnt care much)
For the past 2 months, I am taking their service, and have lost close to 9 kgs.
Their principle is, they give balanced food, cut carbs and unnecessary calories
Secondly, they call me twice a week and do a follow up whether I ate the prescibed food or not. If I didnt, why so and do the necessary modifications
Regularly, they send me yummy low cal recipes, , its really delighful, ,
In addition, They send exercise video links and makes exercise a must do in our routine.
lastly, everything happens on phone, email and sms and is absolutely hassle free.... I can talk to them from office, home or sometimes from restaurants also(yes I call my nutritionist before ordering food ;-)
In All, I just want to thank Lifemojo for making a difference in my Life and I thought I shall write about it here, if a lot more people are looking for that Difference(!!) in their life...
