Can you believe that you are paying to someone and they threaten you, because their sales team has not documented anything!


Yes that is happening with me with LifeCell.


During my baby birth someone recommended my LifeCell while hospital had tie up with CryoViva. I fought with hospital for LifeCell guys. Sales guy promised me 3 goodies+ discount but did not document anything on the system. All goodies reached so late that these went useless . Discount was not applied and everytime customer support asks for proof of discussion happened last year.


After escalation on twitter to Lifecell international, and providing a chat proof on whatsapp which by chance kept safe for 1 year, they agreed to give that discount, but are threatening to pay now else "they would not be able to do anything"! They are saying that I should have given post dated cheques last year, which they did not ask last year.


On the name of proof that stemcell is stored properly they just have a test report of last year.


If they have such an attitude with a paying customer, I am wondering how they will treat if someone is need to get the stemcell in future, whether they would actually be useful.
