Jeevan labh is a very poular poicy of LIC table number 836. This is a policy which has a very special feature you dont have to pay for the whole term you simply just pay for few years and you will get all the amount at the time of maturity. There are three terms 10/16,15/21,16/25 in the first one you will pay the premium for 10 years only and the maturity will be in the 16 year. In the second one pay premium for 15 years and maturity will be in the 21st year. In the third one pay premium for 16 years and get the maturity in the 25th year. Maturity is just simply twice,thrice and even four times in all the respective terms. More intresting point about the policy is that more the term extends premium becomes less and maturity becomes more. So in this way you dont have to pay the premiums for the whole term of 15 or 20 years but you will get the full maturity without paying for full time. This is a very effective product from LIC as we can see all the banks,post office and other financial institutions are reducing intrest rates and are not providing any kind of security and risk cover on savings and other investments. But LIC is still giving all these benifits through some good policies like jeevan labh. So guys think about it, these kind of policies are providing all facilities like saving and security.
