With the service of LIC of India, I am shame ful to have around 10 policies.
For my complaint no 67545 dated 5.12.2007 there is NO RESPONSE at all from Great Public sector. They are not bothered about us during Jindagi what they will do Jindagi ke bath ... God only can know.

Details:
I am policy holder of subject policy for which premium was due in October 2007. I have paid premium in Bangalore office vide ICICI Bank Cheque no 918497 and my account was debited on 30.10.2007 for Rs2126.00 the premium amount.
However, I am surprised to find that a debit of Rs2126 has been claimed by your office thro net and my account was again debited for similar amount on 28.11.2007. I am failed to understand , how my account was debited , even though no mandate was give to you for automatic premium debit.
Even so, how your can debit the premium twice without notice. Please inform the reasons for the debit and re credit the wrongly debited premium to by account. Due to the unauthorized debit my account balance came below minimum level. Charges if any are laid by the Bank for the same, I shall be claiming from you.

The complain show as OPEN with BOLD letter NOT attend in their web site..
Even mail given to branch no responce ...Whaaat Shall I do ?????
