Recently, I made the mistake of selecting Liberty Car Insurance, and it ended up being one of my worst choices ever. My experience with Liberty Car Insurance has been nothing short of a disaster, from their deceptive policies to their terrible customer service.

And when I did got to speak with someone, they were very unhelpful, condescending, and indifferent to my position. It was obvious that they did not respect their clients' needs.

To make matters worse, Liberty Car Insurance has the audacity to raise my prices without providing me with any rationale. They kept raising my premiums despite the fact that I had a spotless driving record and no claims. They seemed to be trying to get every last dime out of me while giving me the very least in return.

Overall, dealing with Liberty Car Insurance has been a complete disaster for me. They have profoundly disappointed me with their deceptive policies, terrible customer service, and lack of openness. You're likely to find better coverage and service elsewhere, therefore I strongly suggest anyone contemplating Liberty Car Insurance to think again and examine their alternative options.
